Once a company becomes a client, ValuFinders takes a proactive approach to making sure users receive the training they need to make full use of the solutions available. ValuFinders’ Customer Support department is immediately in touch to set up interactive Web conferencing classes or onsite training for larger groups. 
Part of ValuFinders' complete approach to service is ensuring clients feel confident using our systems.  Written materials and Web-based courses or onsite workshops deliver information that enables fast acceptance and effective deployment.

ValuFinders Customer Support team is available from 5:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday, to provide complete customer support.  The team delivers support on technical issues and answers questions about applying ValuFinders' solutions, interpreting reports, and troubleshooting any problems that affect success.

Staffed by well-trained, knowledgeable ValuFinders employees, the team handles most questions with ease and also has access to every department within the company to quickly research and respond to difficult questions.
